Your company can Load money directly into your Kalixa eAccount: it’s more convenient than a cheque and you don’t have to mess around with petty cash, either.
Open the Kalixa Request for Load PDF (below), print the document and fill in your details where prompted. Then all you need to do is hand it to your finance team and they’ll do the rest.
An electronic transfer via BACS can be with you in 1-3 days, depending on who your company banks with. Internet banking can vary from a few minutes to 10 working days, so please check the details with your finance team.
